BioMart
The current IKMC BioMart is a prototype under active development by the Sanger High Throughput Gene Targeting (HTGT) group.
The IKMC BioMart allows you to:
- make complex, bulk queries against IKMC data
- join IKMC data to Ensembl and Vega data
This BioMart contains gene targeting data and information from projects other than the IKMC. As a result, query results using this BioMart may yield different results from those obtained from IKMC database searches.
Start by choosing 'IKMC Genes and Projects', and the 'IKMC Projects/Alleles' dataset. Additional help can be found using the 'Help' button in the Biomart pane.
